The high temperature resistance wire is wound on the cylindrical insulating core and isolated from the outer sheath by highly compacted mgo powder, because of this design and manufacturing process we can provide high rating & highly surface loaded cartridge heaters compared to regularly manufactured heaters. These high density cartridge heaters give longer life compared to regular cartridge heaters. We can provide very high rating in small lengths, because of which very fast heating of dies.
The application is for Injection molding machining for plastic, rubber molding machines, blow molding.
Application also includes packaging machines, sealing jaws for pharma application. These heaters are manufactured in following diameters.
6mm, 8mm, 9.5mm, 10mm, 12mm, 12.7mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, 29.5mm.
Lengths :

• 50mm to 1000mm for diameters from 6mm to 12mm.
• 50mm to 2000mm for diameters from 12 mm to 29.5mm.
